2008 – 2009 Quality of Care Report, including our 2008 – 2009 Annual Report.
The Quality of Care Report allows us to provide our clients, members and the community in general with an overview of the significant events that have occurred over the past 12 months. Some of our clients and community members have contributed their personal stories to this year’s report and we would like to thank them for this very generous act.

You will also find reports on some of our ongoing work in the community. As always, we welcome your feedback about our Report. There is a link included below to the feedback form and we’d encourage you to tell us what you thought of the Report. If you’d like to become more involved in GVCHS you might like to consider becoming a Member or joining our Consumer Register.

“Victorian Bushfires Support”
The principal objects of the Company are to establish, promote and operate a Community Health Service for the direct relief of poverty, sickness, destitution and helplessness of members of the community located within its Catchment Area. For the delivery of specific health programs to the sick, destitute and helpless outside its Catchment Area where it has been funded to do so, and to promote the prevention or control of diseases in human beings.
