Drug and Alcohol Program
Goulburn Valley Community Health Service (GVCHS) is a Department of Human Services accredited provider (Accreditation Number: 92/029) for services relating to licence restoration providing experienced and professional staff available to help guide people through the complex process of regaining your licence.
GVCHS provides a recognized and accredited Drink Drive Education course which is required to be undertaken by ALL offenders. The provision of assessments, both prior to regaining one’s license and at the time of Interlock removal, can also be carried out.

How do I get an appointment?Contact Goulburn Valley Community Health Service on 5823 3200 during business hours. Prior to your first appointment, a VicRoads history is required by GVCHS to determine the correct procedures required for you to regain your licence.
Is there a cost?Participants of the Drink Drive Education courses and assessments will be required to pay a fee.
