All information collected will remain confidential and will be only used for the purposes of this survey which are to:

• Raise awareness of problem gambling issues in young people
• Gauge gambling risk behaviours of youth in Greater Shepparton
• Raise awareness of support services for problem gambling issues
• Engage young people in relation to focusing on youth during Responsible Gambling Awareness    Week 2010

Individual survey responses will be destroyed once the data has been aggregated for reporting purposes. Outcomes of the survey will be accessible from the GVCHS website once the data has been collated and analysed.
